I needed a replacement part for a window screen which was small and insignificant relative to the effort that was needed to track it down. The receptionist, Laurie, was very patient with me, followed through with the manufacturer, kept me informed and was able to find the part which I was not charged for. This is a level of courtesy, professionalism and due diligence that is much appreciated in today's world. Kudos to Laurie and Viewpoint. I recommend them highly.
