Scheduling the service appointment went smoothly. The folks were ready when I arrived at the appointed time. I had a question about my reduced milage and was assured Nicky would check for me. When I returned my car was ready. Nicky went through the paperwork and told me what she found out and I was on my way.
The car was washed but not very well. It was clearly a rushed job, but what should I expect? Maybe more pay for people doing this job might motivate them to work harder. Thanks!
