Mr. Harris recently inspected the rental home that I was purchasing. He was very prompt, courteous, & professional. He has done other inspections for me so I didn't hesitate to call him again. He has always made me aware of Fl rules & regulations as my permanent residence is not in the State of Florida. He's also given me tips on how to make repairs to save on energy. I've always been very pleased with his services as he is extremely thorough. I would definitely call him again!
