He talks a great deal about the benefits of purchasing from a ""brick and mortar"" establishment, as opposed to buying an item from someone's garage, but that is all talk. No support after he gets paid(cash, of course). I purchased an expensive item (pinball) that stopped functioning almost immediately. Promises to help were unfulfilled and he becomes belligerent when you need help. He brags about selling to celebrities and executives ....maybe they are the ones he is willing to support, not the average guy. Purchase from this establishment only if you are willing to learn how to service your electronic item yourself. Sadly, after I purchased, I found the same item from a game supplier in Ohio that promises lifetime service guarantee. They will get my future business.
