I needed a new battery urgently and the VW Service Manager directed me to someone who could "jump start" my vehicle quickly. I went immediately to VW and got my new battery. They also helped reconnect my Bluetooth, which was much appreciated. I also had a great visit with a sales person about the new VWs while I waited. A pleasant experience, all and all!
