After several visits to your shop for various maintenance activities this is the first time I feel like I got what I paid for.
I did my homework first by calling the service department and getting a quote and a list of all the maintenance that was going to be performed, there were no surprises when I paid the bill. In the past I was never sure (after I left) if I overpaid or received unnecessary maintenance because no one could tell me what the cost of the scheduled maintenance would be.
It pays to do your homework before hand and go to the service desk with a list of the work to be performed and a quote of what it will cost so there are no surprises.
