I have a 10 unit building in Brooklyn in the Sunset Park area. I hired Real Property Management to help me get rid of a couple of bad tenants that I had in my property. These guys collected several months of rent from one of the tenants and started the eviction process for the other one and made sure that my place looked ok. My life has been so much easier since I have been with them!
