The entire team gave me excellent service. Starting with Lee who came out to consult on the best system to heat and cool my condo. I asked many questions and he patiently answered them all, even as I asked several of them over and over again. Jamal and Larry were very courteous and friendly when they came out to install the system. There were some challenges - small crawl space and doorway to backyard for compressor. They went into action, coming up with solutions and working as long as it took to get it up an running so that I could have some heat on that cold night. Great job! Kudos to everyone from Reliable who helped with this!
