I recently moved and got a copy of the so-called medical records and was appalled by the lack of information and unprofessional commentary, i.e. these records were totally useless for the new practice doctor. In addition, I always paid my bills promptly and when I ONCE requested a bill be stretched out over a few months they refused. Obnoxious staff. Only doctor that is any good there is Dr. Sheppard, who should leave and open his own practice.\r
