During the April heavy rains, I had a sewer/storm drain (they connect) back-up that flooded my partially underground rental unit. I use the Homeowners Club and they called Fisher. Fisher called me back in a few minutes of receiving their call and Shawn from Fischer Plumbing was out within 45 minutes (lots of calls that day from heavy rains). Once he figured out the problem, Jason from Fisher Restoration called and said he was on his way. He was there before Shawn was finished and started the major clean up (sucking up the water and putting on heaters to start drying out). They were back the next day or two to tear out all the carpeting and pad, cut out two feet up or so of drywall, and spraying the biocide on everything from the 2 x 4's and cement down, and then the drying process. They were thankfully on the Insurance Co's list of approved restoration companies and made the whole experience the best you could expect under the circumstances! Jason and his assistant Kevin were fantastic to work with, explained everything thoroughly (I learned a lot), came back on the weekend to check progress with measurement devices, and really did a fantastic job! I just want to thank them for making this whole experience so much easier to deal with. I would highly recommend Ficsher Plumbing and Fischer Restoration for any plumbing jobs.
