I got to the site 15 minutes ahead of our scheduled time, and Ed W from the New Britain staff was already waiting for me. Punctuality A+. My problem was a clogged drain, in OLD (lead) plumbing, with relatively difficult access. Ed persevered, and ran out the full length of his snake, managing to drag up two ugly hairballs and open up the drain. Cleaned up well, explained options, clearly new his business. I will use him again next time.
