Aborn Properties manages to walk that fine line between the wants of the property owner and the needs of the tenant in the property. I can’t imagine its easy juggling these two aspects as well as the various other things going on but it has always been easy living in one of the properties they manage. They are very fair, take care of things in a timely manner, and are straightforward. They even listened to my request to get some updated appliances. I’m very glad the place I live in is under them. Very pleased overall.
