I spent a significant amount of time talking to A 2 Z limos about their product before booking. Tony assured me that the price I was paying was due to a superior product compared to the other competition. This company promised a high quality product with an experienced driver and they delivered neither. \r

The party bus was late to our pick up location. The party bus was supposedly for 24 people and it did not even seat 20. The air conditioning did not work, it blew hot air the entire time. The sound system did not work. The television did not work. And the driver admitted that he had never even been on this bus, let alone operated a bus of this size. \r

The bus was so hot that people were getting sick. While the bus driver was operating the vehicle, he said that he felt like he was going to pass out!!!!! I spent 20 minutes on the phone with people in the A 2 Z office, with no help. I was “disconnected” 4 times during that 20 minutes. They offered to fix the bus while we were at the sporting event however, we were planning on tailgating on the bus. We arrived 3 hours early to tailgate and the bus essentially just dropped everyone off and then left. The owner Jimmy offered to deduct our fee by $200 which would not even cover the amount of time the bus was gone nor the very expensive VIP bus parking pass that we paid for. Then the owner blamed US for turning off the A/C by flipping some “switch located in the back of the bus”. NOW, if this switch actually exists why didn’t they mention it while I was on the phone with them for that 20 minutes. \r

All in all... A 2 Z Limo has the worst product and the worst customer service that I have ever experienced and to make it worse based on other YELP reviews this same type of incident happened to another group of people on the same weekend it happened to my group. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHOULD YOU USE THIS COMPANY.
