DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CJ REAL ESTATE. I had the exact same experience as MEGMUR. CJ was not honest with me about the credit situation of the renters they placed in my home (Chapter 7 in 2009). They also failed to tell me about the complaints that other property management companies filed againt them. Blue River Maintenance is a scam. I actually have proof that they charged me for work that wasn't completed. They do not return phone calls or emails. The renter's moved out after 10 months and are filing Chapter 13. After all of the money in maintenance fee's, repairing my home, and not getting paid the full amount for rent (for 7 months), this experince has cost me more money then it would have to let it sit vacant.
