I really likes the worry-free design of someone else taking on the showing of the property, checking backgrounds and credit, etc. Sean was excellent at providing feedback and keeping me updated with tenant information. As a single parent of two kids and working full-time, I really needed the help and stress reduction. I also needed to be assured that the property was rented to reliable people.
