If you are going to this area of Massachusetts, this is a great find at a great price. Nothing fancy, no pool but nice clean quiet rooms. We had a kingsized bed, newish carpet, a showerhead plenty high enough in a clean, cool room. Add a hairdryer, microwave and fridge, free wifi and 3 HBO stations
