Unfortunately the gentleman that wrote the review about my ""unethical business practices"" is a high school history teacher, who wanted to dabble in apartment development. Owning a piece of property in Sevier county, Tennessee, he asked my office to design ""garage apartments. I designed a very attractive set of apartments for the site, along the lines of what he wanted. He was delighted with the design. Unfortunately he had not done a feasibility study to determine if the project could be properly financed. The banks turned him down. He accused my office of not performing the work he had requested. \r

I am in the practice of Architecture. It is not within my perview to determine the feasibility of any project I undertake. The responsibility for determining the viability of any architectural project lies with the owner. In this circumstance, the owner was very inexperienced with real eastate development of any kind. His inexperience in this matter led to the project's demise, not the quality of the design I produced.\r
