Don't plan on getting your full refund of your security deposit back! They make up stuff and charge all the students in the apartment for it! Maintenance is shady and lie for the company when it comes to deductions on your security deposit refund check! I am the mother of a student that lived 1 school year here and I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE! It looks very nice on the outside/grounds/pool/etc.....but apartments are a whole different story. Stay away from NorthPointe Student Apartments in Tucson, Az.
