The worst customer representative I have ever experienced! They advertised good hours but when I called, they are only available to come out in my area (which is about 20 minutes away) only from 9-1PM on weekdays. Asked for other hours and they indicated that there are none available. The customer rep was rude, as though they did not want my business! Do not believe in these other fake reviews.
