I have lived in Nederland for 9 years, and I have used several chimney repair people during this time. A couple of years ago, I learned that my wood burning stove chimney was set up in a completely unsafe manner, and that my previous chimney cleaner was actually making it worse by cleaning it (I'll spare the details here). Unfortunately, the chimney cleaner that educated me about this also did sloppy work, and I was hesitant to have him redo the chimney. \r

Will always kept a clean environment in our home, which was important to me because I have children. Will was also driven to ensure that the process and outcome of his work was safe and by-the-book (again, so important for a family with children). I am so satisfied with my new chimney.
