If your looking for service, I would recommend going somewhere else. The dealership is clean and the people are friendly, but that's where the good points stop. I have taking my truck in for service on a couple different occasions, only to waste my time. In fact one of the items is probably a $20 part. Instead of fixing the problem and replace the broken one, I have heard multiple excuses about why Ford won't fix it. I was also amazed to hear that Wickstrom did their own research and 95% of Ford, Lincoln and Mercury's need alignment after 15K miles. Again the people seem friendly, but when it comes to backing up what they sold, well the services just isn't there. I would think twice before you deal with them. more
