I was ready to get a hardwood floor installed in my family room because of the expense in carpet cleaning and I wasn't happy with the the results I was getting until Crystal Crystal! No my carpets look the best they have ever looked and they dried so fast. I won't use anyone else to clean my carpets again. Thank you Crystal Crystal!
