Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning's price was a little high; the highest thing out there. I'm not going to say they didn't do a good job, because they did. They were timely, and everything was fine. They did a good job on the little tassels at the end of the rug, which are difficult to clean. We went there for all of their detailed processes like that that they do. But there's still a pretty wide disparity between Heirloom and the next closest guy. If they could work on the price, that would put them over the top. They're probably losing business with the high quotes they give you, not because of any customer service issues.
