Have rented a property from this company in St. Ann within the last 2 years and couldn't have been happier. Although I was skeptical at the initial onset since like others on here say he has no actual office. As it turns out was a non-issue. House needed a few repairs during my stay and he took care of everything like he should have. All I had to do was cut my lawn ,. works for me. If I had to rent again in the future I would not hesitate to call him up and see what he had available. The house was nice, clean, and update. next to tiemyer park in st . ann nice nerighbors and like I said the house was nice. Also was able to get ALL of my security deposit back, I cleaned up and he walked through with me , cut me a check and we parted ways..
