Last visit I was told I needed new Rotors. While my oil was being changed, I asked for an estimate. I was told they would do this but at the end of my visit I was told they thought my rotors were fine. I also asked about the other concerns they wrote on my invoice: Power steering leaking from hoses & Right side axle boot leaking. I wanted to know the severity and what their recommendation was but was told they couldn't answer that question and I would get a phone call later. Over 24 hours and I have heard nothing. I was also told my battery had corrosion & tested bad . I was wondering why the mechanic who worked on my car couldn't talk to me since he was the one that diagnosed my vehicle's problems. I'm no longer convinced they have my best interest at heart and will probably not go back because of this.
