He came in, reviewed what I needed to be done and completed the carpet steaming in a timely manner. He cleaned up after himself, moved the furniture back where it should be putting plastic under the legs to protect the carpet and gave me instructions on when we could enter the rooms. Left us booties and a great mug! An overall good experience.
