OMG! What douchebags!!! Honestly the most unethical real estate agent I ever dealt with, Regis Roumila. We accidentally overpaid by 1% and the buyer's broker is correcting our mistake and refunding our money but the actual agent we had a contract with, who owes us a ""fiduciary responsibility"" supposedly, refuses to refund us. He claims it is our fault we accidentally overpaid and deserve to lose that money. He claims it is the company that refuses to pay us back not him but refused to give the name of anyone in his company to which I can speak. He told me to go do my own research and hung up. Seriously, I do not recommend this company or this agent! Completely disregard the New York Real estate Boards Code of ethics and professional Practice. We have lost thousands of dollars. Our contracted agent has not looked after our interests... which is what he is supposed to agree on the contract and now we going to court to get our money back. Buying and selling in NYC is headache enough...Stay away from Regis Roumila!!! They shouldn't be licensed and we should be protected from such predatory agents.
