That was then... this is now. I had an 11:30 appointment. time passes, no cleaners. I call the office. I an told they had cancellation's and sent team elsewhere first. I was told they would contact team and call me. that never happened. I called back. then I received a phone call from the cleaner telling me 2:15. I said you are assuming I have nothing else to do today. I was told 'I'm just as frustrated as you about this, I'm only the cleaner. Scheduling did it.' I call scheduling, she tells me she told team to do one other house in the morning, and then mine. Somebody's lying, and don't know who. I've used this company many times in the past without this result, so maybe its time to find a new housecleaner.
