It's two weeks last Thursday that I had my legs done. I had my inner & outer thighs, knees and hips done. Maybe a little too much at one time. Recovery has been pretty good. The lumps and bumps they said I would experience are a little more than I had anticipated. Only on the inner thighs though. I've been massaging them daily, drinking lots of water and walking every chance I get. It does seem to be helping. I can see the results and am happy with what I see so far. I can't wait until the 6 month mark to see the final results! I would definitely recommend Sono Bello to any of my friends.
