My experience was great all around. As you know, most people who come to do a service are never here on time. They will be late or call and say that they have to come in another day. But ABC Glass and Mirror were right on time as they promised. Other services may have only one other person helping them so it could take several hours to complete the job. ABC had five guys come in to do the big window at the front of our house.
The window is 6 feet by 5 feet and had started to condense. They had to come in and redo the glass. I thought it would be an all-day thing. They had to do scaffolding on the inside and outside. It only took 2 hours! They called in extra people when they needed to and it was done in no time.
They also cleaned up after themselves unbelievably. They put special matting on the floor for the scaffolding so everything was protected.
This was our first project with ABC, but I would definitely use them again simply because they keep to their word and that is rare in this day in age.
