I called around 9:00 on a Saturday morning and Dave and Octavia were at my house by 9:40. It was a big job and required going under the house more than once. The entire job took about 4 hours. They were very professional and did excellent work. For small jobs, I will probably call a plumber that charges by the hour, but for a major problem, I will call this company.
