My husband and I used Advanced Pest Control and wasted $900 to treat 700 sq ft apt. Our new renters had vacate for 2 days. The first day of treatment the equipment didn't get hot enough. They and to treat again and no sign of ""powder treatment"" in walls. They cracked our ceramic tiles ""agreement said some unforeseen things could result"" with no details. They also gave us some traps to see if any remained alive. Six (6) weeks later (2 weeks after warranty expired, which is 30 days) the little critters are back. Not one critter in the traps they left. Apparently the treatment doesn't kill eggs because there are only babies running around. Perhaps that is why there is only a 30 day warranty. Very unhappy with this service. I do believe it either a scam or the company doesn't know the proper protocol. When we called them they said they would retreat for $800.00. Don't waste your money.
