The water heater in my condo recently started leaking, and not having dealt with this issue before, I contacted the Homeowners Assoc. for a recommendation. The plumber they referred me to gave me a starting estimate of over $1,100. I went to Home Depot to check the prices there, thinking it would be a huge hassle to find the right water heater and arrange to have it installed. It could not have been easier! The Home Depot salesman contacted Fast and arranged the whole thing, including the purchase of the water heater. I was able to make an appt. for the next day right on the spot, and Fast emailed a detailed estimate to me asap. Mitch, the installer, arrived right on time and he was polite, professional and very efficient. I was so surprised that the whole thing went off without a hitch, and at a cost that was several hundred dollars less than the plumber's estimate. I also highly recommend the one-stop shopping at Home Depot.
