We had two air conditioning units and two heating units replaced by Besco Air Inc. It went fine. It was relatively seamless. The only problem we had was that since we have an older home it was hard to figure out how to vent it and initially the way they had it vented messed up the paint. It's just in a weird way, but they came back and repaired it.
We've also had some electrical issues not really knowing what to fix with it. They finally figured that out. They were really helpful getting someone out as soon as possible. They were really responsive. I think the job was more difficult than usual, but their response times were excellent. If you're having problems, you just need to make sure they're sending out the right person for the job.
