Worst customer experience in my life. ""Forgot"" to order the parts for THREE appointments. Receptionist hung up on us on multiple occasions when we asked for confirmation of appointments and parts ordering. Pulled the dishwasher from under the counter, created a larger leak than was present before, then never returned despite multiple calls to fix the problem.\r

The owner was also no help. Refused to give information regarding our account or repairs and was very amused when he was informed of the rude attitude held by his phone staff.\r

If you want professionals that won't treat you like you're just lucky they're even letting you get your dishwasher broken by them, I would suggest choosing another service.
