Maytag Neptune. I dont usually write reviews, but after reading reviews & talking to Paul's I had too. These guys are very smart & know their stuff. When I called they knew exactly what was wrong & instead of coming out & charging me money to try fixing it, he said I was better off buying a new one. Also told me about a how Maytag was in a law suit & that I might be one of the victims. Something I'm looking into. I really like the honestly of this company & will be referring them to everyone. We need more honest companies, like this one.
