I just purchased my first rental property and Efthim really came through when I was within 2 hours of closing and learned that the seller didn’t have all of the leases for the property. Not only that, but I was learning that the rent amount were different than I was originally told. Efthim was very response when I called them at the 11th hour and was able to provide the missing leases and rent ledgers for each unit.
