The only reason I've came back is because I received a year of free oil changes as a gift. The 1st time I went it took 1hr 45mins for an oil change and tire rotation, this time I dropped of at 8:10am and left instructions to call as soon as it was finished so I could pick it up, at 11:50am I called to check on my simple oil change and tire rotation. He asked someone else if my car was finished and they said they ha a couple more things to check. I was unaware these tasks take 4hrs to complete. I have 1 more oil change left, then I will not be returning
