Oh boy where to start? My lawn mower sure never did after over 75 dollars in cost and A MONTH AND A HALF. Called after 2 weeks, of hearing nothing, guy on phone was very rude. Called every week, and got more lip. At wit's end A MONTH AND A HALF LATER called, was told it was done THREE WEEKS EARLIER but they forgot to call me. Went to pick it up, DIDN'T START. They never bothered checking that before calling me to say it was done! Asked them to sharpen blade, get it to start. They balanced wheels and changed an air filter. Let me tell you the air filter assembly was never even cleaned, just plopped a new one in the dirty case. HORRIBLE SERVICE, RUDE, INEPT, AND OVERPRICED BETTER OFF BUYING A NEW MOWER OR DOING IT YOURSELF VIA YOUTUBE.
