I cannot thank the staff enough for making my sons dream come true! We surprised our 7 year old with a hot air balloon ride that he has been waiting for 5 years for, and everyone involved just made everything perfect. This was an amazing experience, I highly recommend it and the team went above and beyond our expectations to help us create a lifetime memory.\r
