I traveled to South Florida from Alaska looking forward to doing some scuba diving with Dixie Divers but due to an ear problem I was unable to do the diving I had already paid for. Everyone, including the owner was very patient with me while I tried unsuccessfully to get my medical release faxed from my doctor's office in time to do the scuba diving. When it was obvious that was not going to happen they offered for me and my girlfriend to go snorkeling instead. We had a great time and ended up with a credit. After the amazing snorkeling adventure they offered to take us scuba diving in their private pool so that we could get some basic skills and see if we liked it. I really feel like everyone at Dixie Divers went out of their way to make sure we had a great time and we really did. We are planning on going back to Florida and Dixie Divers will be on our list of to dos.
