Had the tech come out to the house to remove a pet odor from a spot in our carpet where the dog peed. As he was leaving he said it should come up and if it doesn't, then he will come back and do it again but for free. I called Jason two days after to explain that the smell is still there he said okay and that he will contact the tech that came out to my house. No call. I called again today and started to explain my complaint as he hung up on me. I called him back using three different phone numbers that were provided online. All of them lead to Jason's voice-mail. I called on my sister's cell phone and he answered right away. I used powerful words against him about him hanging up and he claims he had someone on the other line. I am a customer and I don't appreciate being hung up on no matter the situation especially when I am in mid sentence. I told him what the tech looked like that came to my house and he told me that he will have the tech call me. The tech ended up calling me after my second attempt of this nonsense but I have heard no word back. All he said was that he will contact Jason. I don't need this back and fourth stuff. I need them to do what I paid them to do. We called SPECIFICALLY to get out the odor in the carpet. They are saying that we only called for cleaning of our carpet. I will be reporting this company as a scam and will investigate further to get my money back as well. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AND DON'T TRUST JASON. MOST OF THE REVIEWS ON THIS SITE ARE FROM HIS COMPANY WITH MADE UP NAMES!
