Poor communication, with a fake female voice message about ""all of our operators"" that is just a front for a guy taking notes while driving his van. Waited three weeks for a part that is typically shipped overnight. They call you back at their own leisure and are completely uncoordinated. This so-called ""company"" is a total scam. Stay far, far away.
