My husband is a client of Cristiano & Lillard and this office is representing him on our divorce in Temecula CA. I signed and mailed back to Lillard's office the Settlement Agreement and accompanied the docs with a written request to Lillard's office to send me copies once my husband signed them and BEFORE being submitted to the court, this I requested because I was the first person signing the agreement. No copies were mailed to me or any communication received from Lillard's office and the documents were filed to the court ignoring my request. I called Lillard's office and talked to Mr. Lillard and he treated me in a rude way when I expressed that I was unhappy for not receiving what was requested and that they ignored my request and right to have what I asked for. Mr. Lillard replied with rudeness that I could share my discontent with whoever I wanted. So I would like to share with other people this experience so you know what you can experience when dealing with Mr. Lillard's office.
