The worst rent-a-car ever! A pure hell! Incompetent, lazy and rude customer service! We waited an hour to get a car then she couldn't even understand the concept of prepaid. She wanted to charge us twice for the car, and was so rude on top of that! \r
When I called customer service to complain, they also said they couldn't help me!\r
Stay away! I wouldn't go back if they would pay me!
