Black Mountain Plumbing, Inc. is ALWAYS a five! I've been using them since I lived in a different house in Rancho Penasquitos (during the 1990s). They're really good about preventative maintenance, and they don't go overboard in recommending unnecessary things. One time, I had a kitchen faucet that I wasn't thrilled about, and they asked if I would be replacing it at some point. They went ahead and changed it out for me right then! That was definitely like, "WOW"!
