I was told my car would be completed by the afternoon of the second day they had my vehicle. at noon it had been posted that it was being processed for pickup. I called at 4:30 when I got off work and they said it would be another hour. My ride dropped me off and I waited in the waiting area for them to clean my car. I got into my "clean" car only to find the driver's door, carpet and lower dash dirty. Otherwise the service and result of the fix was good.
