Academy Overhead Door came out three different times because I had a bunch of garage door issues. The first and second times went pretty smoothly, but there were some scheduling issues the third time. They had to reschedule a couple appointments within 24 hours. It might be some kind of personnel issue there. They were still very helpful and great the third time, though!
