Michael cleaned three carpeted rooms in my house, two of which had deep stains. He did a stellar job getting them out in a timely manner while maintaining a courteous, friendly, and overall pleasant demeanor. They also seamlessly fixed a clothing iron burn mark in one of the carpets. It looks brand new.
