They ended up connecting directly with Professional Glass, so I didn't have to go through any hoops to make that happen.
Professional Glass told me to come by and that it would be really quick. And it was! I drove up, they looked at my car and told me the situation--why it might not work, but why it probably would. I waited twenty minutes to half an hour and they were done and I drove off. I haven't had any problems since. It was a smooth experience. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. I'm happy to recommend them.
